License Replacement Policy Change

On December 15, 2018 we will terminate our policy to allow customers with expired licenses to restore their replacement rights by renewing their support. if you allow your license to expire you will lose your right to a replacement if your system breaks or if you want to move the license to new hardware. On December 15, 2018 all licenses with support expired more than 30 days will be marked as non-replacable. After the deadline date any license that is expired more than 30 days will be marked as non-replaceable. If your license support is currently expired you'll have until December 15 to renew to restore your replacement rights. You will still be able to renew your support to get updates or support, but you will not be able to get a replacement.
